What's Happening Today

Today's project for the guys was pulling down the old corn crib at Peggy's. It hasn't been used for a long time and wasn't in good shape. It went down just like they wanted it to. Click on the arrow on the video below!










These cattle are behind our house (but they're not ours!). Looks like they were hanging out by the creek to keep cool. You can see the railroad trestle in the background - the one we see behind our house. You can always click on the pictures to see them bigger.

I'm headed to the 4-H fair later to see how my cookies did and then to babysit Lacey & Camry tonight. Diane & Todd are going with friends to watch a combine demolition derby at a county fair. Bill is spraying this afternoon.

Have you asked mom about the time dad and John Kack pulled down a silo? I was about 3 at the time and I kind of remember it...rumor is it was caught on an 8mm tape, should try to find it sometime.
