The boys & Glenn came over for the first breakfast feast in our new house. Mom was here but was taking the picture. (she doesn't think this round of antibiotics is doing much either)
Tonight Glenn, Amy, the boys, Diane & Lacey are coming over for the yummy Central Christian enchilada casserole (Kay Chapman's recipe). When our church had Wed. night meals, this was one of the favorites. If anyone is interested in the recipe, leave me a Comment.

I am ALWAYS interested in your recipes:) They are so yummy!!
If it isn't too much trouble, I would like the recipe. I enjoy reading about the farm life in Iowa as a matter of fact it's fascinating! I hope to see a picture of your finished craft room at some point. By the way your mom looks good and what she did with their headstones is so cool. Especially with the view of the DQ. She put a lot of special thought into that.

Dave has been bugging me to find a good enchilada recipe. Does this one happen to use beef? If not, I'm sure I can switch it out.
